Wings, the Belgian software company specializing in administration and accounting from Westmeerbeek, strengthens its growth ambitions by joining the ConXioN Group. Wings will continue to operate autonomously but expects further innovative development and scaling through this acquisition, ensuring the company remains Belgian-owned. Wings software, with over 4,500 users, has established itself as a strong player in the Belgian accounting software industry.

Wings had already been collaborating with ConXioN for some time and together enabled the transition to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Wings was looking for a partner for further scaling and innovative developments, and found that in ConXioN. Through the acquisition, Wings gains access to extensive technical expertise and services, and the partnership also ensures the company remains Belgian-owned.
Moreover, the founders Jan and Mark Sprengers retain their roles in the company and are joined by Jasper Sprengers, who will take on an active role in Wings’ management.

Overnamepartners guided the shareholders of Wings in the sale of their software company to ConXioN. ConXioN is a portfolio company of Vectis Private Equity.
