Penta Management, active in people management and other soft skills through consulting and training, was acquired by a private investor as part of a management reinforcement. In 1998, five consultants from an international sales training expert chose the path of entrepreneurship and joined forces to create Penta Management. Today, Penta Management is a key reference for in-company and open training programs in leadership, people management, productivity, negotiation, sales, communication, and more. Each year, Penta Management organizes and delivers approximately 300 training days for multinationals and SMEs in three languages, reaching around 1,000 satisfied participants.
