The Leuven IT company Quadronics and Ghent-based Corilus have reached an agreement for the acquisition of the robust Rent+ rental software.
CMS (part of the Corilus group) develops and distributes integrated software solutions for the commercial, logistical, and administrative management of rental companies, with strong expertise in rental within the audiovisual and event sectors, including trade fair and party equipment. Over the past 25 years, CMS, under the guidance of Patrick Vrydaghs, has built a broad customer base in Europe with the Rent+ rental solution.
With the acquisition of Rent+ by Quadronics, a management team is taking the helm that will fully refocus on the rental sector and the renewal of the Rent+ solution. The Rent+ support and development team will remain on board.
VDP advised the shareholders of Rent+ in the sale of their rental software business.
