Dutch company RoomRaccoon acquires Belgian Lobbi PMS.

RoomRaccoon, the leading cloud-based hotel management software for independent hotels, acquires Lobbi PMS, a Belgium-based software provider for small to mid-sized hotels.

This strategic partnership will strengthen RoomRaccoon’s presence by expanding its user base in the Benelux and beyond with more than 300 accommodations. Existing Lobbi hoteliers will benefit from a comprehensive range of solutions tailored to their accommodation needs and an improved support level to ensure smooth business operations at all times.

The Lobbi team and the existing headquarters in Ghent, Belgium, will be integrated into RoomRaccoon’s ecosystem as part of the acquisition. The founders of Lobbi, David De Windt and Philippe Mangé, will remain on board together with CTO Geoffrey De Muer to ensure a seamless transition for their clients.
